More often than not you are not putting in the password or e-mail address properly. Please remember that the password is CaSe SenSiTiVe. The e-mail address MUST be the e-mail address you used to order your sound files with.

If you are certain that the details you have input are 100% correct then contact our support desk. Visit the 'contact section' above and fill in the form. A support desk representative will deal with your problems at the earliest possible time.

3. What's all this usage license business with StockMusicVault purchases? | back to top

Basically and without getting too technical, you MUST fill in a cue sheet if you intend to use the music loops or music pieces for Broadcast or public performance. The cue sheet basically allows us to forward on the details for usage so that the relevant 'Royalty collections agency' can collect royalties for the artists in question.

You DO NOT need to fill in a cue sheet if you intend to use the music files for Web or Multimedia purposes.

Users producing Game and materials distributed to the public should also fill in a Cue Sheet.

No you cannot edit or re-sample the music itself, however you can add or modify volume levels within your chosen application.

Yes you can edit or re-sample Sound Effects from the SoundEffectsVault.

Delivery is completely free on all of our products.

The files are supplied as ZIPS which compress out to 44 Khz Stereo WAV files.

This is a cookie issue. Internet Explorer has a default setting of medium cookie acceptance.

This needs to be changed to accept all cookies. You can change this by doing the following.

- Goto Internet Options
- Click the 'Privacy Tab'
- Move the slider untill it says 'Accept all cookies'.
- Click apply
- You will now be able to add files to your cart.

9. Ive ordered my sounds, I have a Netbanx reference, but no download information, why? | back to top

The only time we have been able to replicate this error is during a browser glitch (i.e the browser stalls or crashes) or when the order simply has not been given enough time to go through before leaving the order confirmation page. You must let the confirmation page load fully or the download information is not automatically generated. In this rare case contact our support desk and a representative will have to manually send the files over to you.
